These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Turbo website and the services provided through it.

Company Information

Nafath Al Khaleej Car Rental operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the requirements of the Ministry of Commerce and the Transport General Authority.

Website Scope

The website is intended for informational purposes and for submitting booking requests only. The unified car rental agreement is signed upon vehicle delivery.

Rental Requirements

The minimum age for renters is 18 years. A valid Saudi driving license or an approved international driving permit is required. All regulations issued by the Transport General Authority apply.

Insurance

All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance, and the terms and conditions of the approved insurance policy shall apply.

Deposit

A security deposit is required depending on the vehicle brand and model. The deposit is fully refundable if the vehicle is returned without damages or traffic violations.

Usage Restrictions

All conditions and restrictions stated in the unified car rental agreement issued by the Transport General Authority shall apply.

Travel Policy

Cross-border travel permits to GCC countries are available upon request, subject to applicable insurance coverage and terms.

Mileage

The daily mileage limit is 300 kilometers.

Late Return

The renter must return the vehicle at the agreed date and time. Late returns are subject to additional charges depending on the vehicle type and company policy.

Long-Term Rental

Long-term rentals are available through monthly or annual contracts in accordance with approved conditions.

Pricing

Prices are determined based on the vehicle brand and model and are confirmed in the unified agreement.

Liability

The renter is responsible for the vehicle throughout the rental period in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings made through the website are considered preliminary requests and are not binding until confirmed according to company policy.

Modifications

The unified agreement may not be modified without the consent of both parties.

Governing Law

Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
